Advertising & Sponsorship
The Mom Index website offers several advertising options for our users and
business partners. Advertising in our Classifieds section is restricted to
Mom Index members. Businesses, consultants and all other for profit organizations
can leverage the advertising opportunities we offer throughout our site including
our Mom Index Business Listings and banner advertisements. These advertising options
are also available for non-profit organizations and event marketing.

We offer four types of listings in our Business Listings section. All
listings are available for a twelve month period. See below for advertising
descriptions.
Basic Listing
Basic listings are available for businesses that want to advertise in our
business listings and either do not have a web based business or do not want to
publish an active link to their web site. It is also an option for businesses
that do not want to post a description of goods or service offerings and do not
require multiple category listings. With this option, businesses can advertise
key information such as business name, physical address, phone number, fax
number, contact name and email address. Additionally, businesses can display
payment options and business hours. Businesses can select one primary category
and one sub-category. Basic listings will be sorted alphabetically within each
category.
Deluxe Listing
Deluxe listings offer all the features of a basic listing with the addition of
an active link to the business website and a brief (150 character) description
of the business entity. Businesses who purchase this category may select up to
two primary categories and two sub-categories. Deluxe listings will be sorted
alphabetically within each category. Deluxe listings will appear in a section
above basic listings.
Premier Listing
Premier listings offer all the features of a deluxe listing with the addition
of a longer (250 character) description of the business entity and an option to
include a logo. Businesses who purchase this category may select up to three
primary categories and three sub-categories. Premier listings, unlike basic and
deluxe listings, will be sorted based on a random rotation. Premier listings
will appear above the Deluxe and Basic listings in a shaded area.
Non-Profit Organization Listing
Mom Index recognizes the value of non-profit organizations and will support
these organizations by donating a portion of its monthly revenue to a selected
entity.
Mom Index will charge an administrative fee every twelve months to publish a
listing in our Business Listings section. Non-profit listings are only available
in the non-profit category and include business name, physical address, phone
number, fax number, contact name, email address and an active link to the
organization’s website if applicable. By purchasing a business listing,
organizations are automatically eligible to receive a portion of our monthly
revenue. Each month, Mom Index will select, at random, a non-profit organization
from the non-profit category of the Business Listings section to receive a
donation. The organization selected will be identified on our home page.
Only Mom Index members may advertise in the Classifieds. Businesses,
consultants, for profit organizations and non-profit organizations may purchase
other advertising options. Classifieds provide users and members a vehicle for
buying or selling goods and services and is similar to classified advertising
sections in regional and national newspapers.
Classified advertising is available for 1 month or 3 month increments. During
our introductory period, users are eligible for a one time, three-week trial
advertisement.
Banner advertising provides businesses, consultants, for profit and
non-profit organizations opportunities to advertise on our website. We offer
several banner advertising options with differential pricing.

Mom Index believes in ethical advertising and will not permit the promotion
of or the use of inappropriate content including, but not limited to the
following:
- Tobacco and illicit drugs
- Violence, sex and vulgar or obscene language
- False, misleading or illegal statements
- Libelous and defamatory statements
- Content that might be harmful to minors
- Racial or ethnically objectionable content
- Firearms, weapons or ammunition
- Inappropriate photography
- Impersonations
Users are responsible for all representations made on the website and all information
submitted must be in accordance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to
state, federal and copyright laws.
All services, contests, contest rules and advertising options are subject to change
without notice.
No refunds or exchanges.
Inactive links are not permitted and advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of
all information submitted. Mom Index is not responsible for proofreading or editing
your content. Mom Index also reserves the right to edit submitted advertising.
Mom Index services are not refundable and advertisements are accepted on a first come
first serve basis.
All purchases are subject to advertising availability.
Mom Index reserves the right to reject or to remove advertising that is inappropriate
for its audience.
All rates, advertising options and policies are subject to change without notice.
All advertisements must be submitted in the required format.
Payment must be received in full before advertisements are posted.
Unless otherwise noted, advertising periods begin on the purchase date and refunds and
exchanges are not offered. Mom Index reserves the right to deny any advertising and
any data submission requests.
The “Start Date” refers to the date you purchase services from Mom Index.
Although we promote products and provide information, Mom Index does not guarantee
performance based on advertising.
