Vegetarian Appetizers



Ingredients

  • 1 11 oz. can of Mexicorn
  • 1 14.5 oz. can of Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 15 oz. can of Black Beans
  • 1 4 oz. can of Fire Roasted Diced Green Chiles
  • 1/2 cup chopped Onion 
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions
  1. Drain ingredients and then combine corn, tomatoes, onion, chiles and beans in a serving dish 
  2. Add Salt & Pepper to taste
  3. Chill before serving


 

       

 

 


Serve with Tortilla or Pita Chips.
